By engaging with Emerald Isle Consulting, you agree to conduct all business and service activities in accordance with the following principles and terms. These terms are designed to ensure mutual trust, transparency, and professionalism in every engagement.
Emerald Isle Consulting provides consulting, design, and implementation services focused on enterprise data architecture, AI systems, and cloud infrastructure. All deliverables, code, and recommendations are produced under agreed statements of work or consulting agreements, which take precedence over any general terms presented here.
Each engagement is defined by a written Statement of Work (SOW) detailing project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Unless otherwise stated in the SOW, all deliverables produced by Emerald Isle Consulting under a client engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. Proprietary tools, accelerators, or frameworks developed by Emerald Isle Consulting remain Emerald Isle Consulting's intellectual property.
Both parties agree to protect confidential information and to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling agreed services.
Emerald Isle Consulting will perform services with professional diligence and care. However, liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages is expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Emerald Isle Consulting reserves the right to update or refine methodologies, frameworks, or technical components to maintain alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
All materials, images, and text found on this website are owned by Emerald Isle Consulting and may not be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
